I am amazed by none but the Persians, for they
Have wisdom that spread through East and West.
They let people worship the fire of Zaynab,
While the fire of passion burns inside my heart.
It's not that they love sins,
Rather, a sin's beauty is an excuse for the sinner.
So love a fire that burns for the villages,
Lawful for all people, restraining desire.
That fire brought only safety,
And coolness to the fire deposited in my heart.
