Responding to the moan of drums and strings.

We were in rapture unlike any other rapture,

Taking joy along into the future of life.

It makes the regretful forget lights and flowers.

When we mention you, nodding with our faces,

Kissing the ground and ruins fervently,

And the darkness of night faded away.

So pass your judgement and see if your servant's verse

Can be matched by any of that group.

And I will come when its sun has set

    And night arrives in bands.

I will spur refined manners toward you,

Adorned in the essence of eloquence—so drink them without bitterness.
