Promise me with a promise that will soothe my youthfulness

I yearn for it even if it's not true

I convince myself with waiting for its fulfillment

And heal with it the obsessive thoughts of my heart and what I endure

For I saw the rain unleashing its thunder

Forming clouds and lightning then pouring heavily after them

Is there a more beautiful and gentler feeling

Than a promise that revives the lovers' passion for love
