بقول اللَه يا خير البريا

عسى أن تكرهوا نعم الإفاده

By the will of God, O best of creation

May you dislike the boon of benefit

حرمت من الزيارة بعض عامٍ

وقد أعطيتها بيد العياده

I was deprived of visiting for years

And it was given by the hand of remedy

فكانت صحتي سبباً لنحسي

وصارت علتي سبب السعاده

So my health became the cause of my misfortune

And my illness became the cause of happiness
