قَد ضَحِكَت غُرَّةُ الصَباحِ
وَاِندَفَعَ الديكُ في الصِياحِ
The morning's dawn has smiled
And the cock crowed aloud
وَطافَ بِالراحِ كُلُّ ساقٍ
رُضابُهُ فَوقَ كُلِّ راحِ
Every leg is dancing about
Prancing over every meadow
فَاِشرَب عَلى فِضَّةٍ وَدُرٍّ
مِن ياسَمينٍ وَمِن أَقاحِ
So drink from silver and pearls
Of jasmine and grapevines
فَالأَرضُ قَد أَصبَحَت عَروساً
تُجلى مِنَ الزَهرِ في وِشِاحِ
For the earth has become a bride
Revealing her floral gown
