إِنَّ أَبا إِسحاقَ لَيسَت لَهُ

مَعرِفَةٌ بِالنظمِ وَالنَثرِ

Indeed, Abu Ishaq has no

knowledge of poetry and prose.

فَلا تُخاطِبهُ عَلى لَفظِهِ

فَإِنَّهُ أَجهَلُ مِن نَمرِ

So do not address him for his words,

For he is more ignorant than a tiger.
