1. وَأَهيَفَ القَدِّ نالَ طَرفي

    في الرَوضِ مِن خَدِّهِ التِذاذا

    And the slender one enticed my gaze

    In the garden, with his soft cheek's allure,

  2. لَمّا تَبَدّى رَنا إِلَيهِ

    فَصَيَّرَ الشَربُ مِنهُ لاذا

    When he appeared before me with delight

    His drink made me find comfort.

  3. فَقالَ نَل ما تَشاءُ مِنهُ

    فَقُلتُ مَن لي بِبَعضِ هَذا

    So he said, "Take whatever you wish from it"

    I said "Who could ask for more of this?"
