I see time barren, bearing no fruit,
Where can I graze, when the grass is scarce?
To God I complain that the likes of me are lost,
Enduring people whose promises are never fulfilled.
When I try to catch up with them,
I know for sure that I will fail.
When misers are stingy without discrimination,
Their stinginess is embroidered on both sides.
