The cheeks of clouds have wept, and the sky abhors their crying,

Their tears make the small birds laugh.

The stars of buds reveal themselves in necklaces,

The cheek of clouds whose moons are blessings.

The flowers between the terraced rivers

Are like an evening glow surround by love knots.

So serve us the pure juice of vines

As if it were liquid gold in woven cups.

The wine in the goblets shows affection

As if it were white silk with woven rings.
