1. يا مَن لَهُ مِن بُعدِهِ بُعدُ

    وَمَن لَهُ عَن صَدِّهِ صَدُّ

    O You Who are beyond reach, beyond grasp,

    And You Who cannot be deterred, cannot be stopped,

  2. جُملَةُ ما عِندي وَتَفصيلُهُ

    أَنَّكَ مَولى وَأَنا عَبدُ

    In sum and in detail all I have,

    Is that You are my Master, and I Your servant.

  3. فَدُم عَلى الوُدِّ لِمَن لا يَرى

    بِعَينِ مَن لَيسَ لَهُ وُدُّ

    So let affection flow, for one who does not see

    With the eyes of one who bears no affection.
