لا نَصَرَ اللَهُ أَبا نَصرِ

فَإِنَّهُ عُسرٌ بِلا يُسرِ

God does not give victory to Abu Nasr

For he is hardship without ease.

مُبَغَّضٌ يَلعَنُهُ كُلُّ مَن

يَراهُ مِن عَبدٍ وَمِن حَرِّ

Hated is he, cursed by all who see him

Of slaves and free men.

قَد أَصبَحَت ساحاتُ أَخلاقِهِ

آهِلَةً بِالتيهِ وَالكِبرِ

The squares of his morals are now

Populated by loss and arrogance.
