أنا مَن اُسمَى نَعيمه

في ذُرَى العزِّ مُقيمَه

I am one who is named Na'eemah

Residing in the heights of glory

أرتَوي مِن حَوضِ عِلمٍ

ولأَسفاري نَدِيمَه

I quench my thirst from the basin of knowledge

And travels are my boon companion

ذاتُ جِدٍّ واجتهادٍ

في دُروسٍ ذاتِ قيمَه

Of perseverance and hard work

In lessons of great value

قد حَباني الرَّوضُ منهُ

مُجتَناه وشَمِيمَه

The garden has granted me

Its choicest and most fragrant growth

فِكرتي والحمدُ لل

ه عَلَى النُّعمى سَليمه

By the grace of God

My thoughts are sound

وسَلوا عني أَساتي

ذي يَقولوا مُستَقيمه

Ask my professors

They will tell you I'm upright

ما تأَخَّرتُ عنِ الحِف

ظِ وفي الفَهمِ فَهيمَه

I have never lagged behind

In memorization or understanding

وأبي جدُّ فَخورٍ

بىَ إذ أُضحى عَليمَه

And my father is proud

That I have become so learned

حقَّقَ اللهُ رَجَاهُ

ومُناهُ ومَرومَه

God has fulfilled his hopes

And wishes and dreams

وكما أرجُو منَ الل

هِ تَعالى أَن يُديمَه

And as I hope from

The Most High God may He make it last
