Just as it is a day the people find bliss in

She has reconciled and ceased to chatter

And their eyes brimming for you and steadfast

Their ranks extended as their voices did

    Some calling, others praising

    Some dictating, others listening

    Some inspiring, others reciting

The drums of good news beat, stirring their tune

As many women among them sing

And melodies move, like the chirp of nightingales

The voices of musical instruments echo

And your auspicious rain cloud accompanied you

So your blessed arrival to the abode dispels evil

And when you reached the quarter of bliss

You returned to a haven, so tranquility returned

You were met with desire by the men of government

    Exchanging with you enduring affection

You found the hearts of the people full of yearning

They came like swaying branches to see you

And circled around our Master, all hopes extended

    To kiss his hand outstretched

And I met each of them with friendliness

To show our affection is not selective

Of signs of veneration renewed for you

And you congratulated Ibrahim your cub who will soon

Rise in the horizon of fortune

So boast of him to whom you wish when he appeared

With your auspices, that unsheathed sword

You were absent from my eyes though you are their light

And long separation from you saddens them

So I remain a sun while he is a full moon facing it

Drawing from its light his burning glow
