O Lord, I am a stranger in exile
And I have known in it the night of strangers
I have come to the valley of fear in its darkness
And crossed it in that darkness
The lightning sheathes its sword and unsheathes it
Its glare scattered flashes
As if Mars in the liver of the sky
Glances at me with a fiery look
I walk cautiously wary of it
As if I walk in shame
Why do I persist in my solitude in exile?
I suffer from it more than from exile and affliction
They blamed the sons in ignorance of them
If they were fair, they would blame the fathers
