كيفَ يمتازُ من جَلالك يومٌ

أيهَا القائدُ الجليلُ الأيَادي

How does a day stand out with your majesty

O great revered leader of generosity

وجَميعُ الأوقاتِ منكَ سعودٌ

وجميعُ الأيَّامِ كالأعيَادِ

All times are fortunate through you

And all days are like celebrations

أنتَ كالغيثِ والسُّرورِ نباتٌ

وَكفَى بالسُّرور غِبَّ عِهَادِ

You are like rain and growing happiness

And happiness alone suffices the dejected

فانتِعاشُ النفُوسِ ينمُو سريعا

وازدهَارُ القلوبِ في الإديادِ

So the revival of souls grows quickly

And the flourishing of hearts during adversity

تِلك تَلواتُ أصبحت ذات فخرٍ

واعتزازٍ بِقامِع الأندادِ

Those are praises that have become prideful

And proud of the subduer of rivals

فإذا مَا البلادُ كانت رؤوسا

فَهىَ تاجٌ على رُؤوس البِلاد

So if the country was heads

It is a crown over the heads of countries

خضَعَ الأطلسُ العظيمُ لها حتى

تَدانَى من نعلِها ذو العِناد

The great Atlas submitted to it until

The stubborn bowed to its slipper

فتَسامت على نَواصي ذُراهُ

واستوَت فوقَه استِواءَ الرَّشَادِ

It towered over the peaks of its heights

And leveled over it with the leveling of guidance

وهىَ في زيِّها الجديدِ فتاة

جمعَت بينَ طارفٍ وتِلاَد

And it in its new attire is a girl

Who combined charm and birth

ولهَذا من وصفِنا لبَهاها

جعلتنَا نَهيمُ في كلِّ وَاد

And so from our description of its splendor

We have made it the subject of every valley

قد رأت منكَ صورةًً للِّهامي

نافذِ الأمر سيِّدِ الأسيَادِ

It saw in you the image of the inspired

The decisive chief of chiefs

ورأت منكَ راسماً لِخُطَاه

ورَأت منك نَجدةَ الأجدَاد

And it saw you depicting its footsteps

And it saw deliverance from ancestors in you

ولكُم قد تَبسَّمَ الدهرُ قِدما

مِن عُصورِ الآباءِ والأحفَادِ

And for you time has smiled for ages

From the eras of forefathers and descendants

وبنيتُم قِبَابَ عزٍّ ومَجدٍ

فهنِيئا لكم بنِي الأمجَادِ

And you built domes of glory and honor

So congratulations to you people of glories
