وأُحِبُّه ويُحِبني رَغمَ العِدَا

وأنا به مُتفاخرٌ مُتَبَاهِ

I love him and he loves me despite the enmity

And I am proud and boast about him

والله إن محَمَّدا في عَصرِنا

فَذٌّ فريدٌ بينَنا واللهِ
