    Your enchanting glances reveal verses

That have no equal or substitute

You are the prophet through them, and your gaze

Is their revelation, pouring like my tears

Your morning radiates guidance from your brow

While night, so gentle, spills from your temple

If you denied sleep and never visited

Was it from stinginess? Your apparition is less stingy

Or was your affection like your cheek, so tender

It never inclined from wonder, your neck so bent

Oh heart! How many a scout did you dispatch

Until the full moon made its home in you

Let those who blame you in faded cloaks be

Rather, how can one you blame ever fade?

For the cheek gathered its companion's cheek

Both tethered and chained to it
