فيها لسيَّاح البلاد فنادقٌ

غرَفُ الجنان تألَّفت ادوارا

In it are hotels for travelers of countries

Rooms of paradise arranged in cycles

طبقاً على طبقِ عروجاً للعلى

حملت لسكَّان السما الأخبارا

Story upon story rising to the highest

Bringing news to the residents of the sky

قامت تماثيلٌ على ابوابها

تحكي الملائك منظراً وشعارا

Statues stood at its doors

Telling of angels in image and motif

حُفَّت بجنَّات الأزاهر قد حوت

ورداً واساً نرجساً وعرارا

Surrounded by gardens of flowers containing

Roses, lilies, narcissi and sweet basil

جمعت لاسباب الهناءِ ذرائعاً

تُولي النزيلَ من المنى أوطارا

It brought together means of prosperity

To give the guest cycles of wishes

يمسي ويصبحُ والنعيمُ مهادهُ

حتى لينسى أهلهُ والجارا

He goes to bed and wakes with bliss his bed

Until he forgets his family and neighbor

يستخدم الموحي لإبلاغ الذي

يبغي مقالاً لا يدع جهارا

He uses inspiration to convey what

He wants said without speaking aloud
