بِكَ اِزداد تشريفاً بمصرك عيدُ

بحُلْيِ السَنا مِنهُ تجمّل جيدُ

With you Egypt’s honor grew, your arrival blessed it

Adorned with the jewelry of glory, excellence manifested

وَأَومى إِلَيك المَجدُ فيهِ برفعةٍ

لَها السَعد سبطٌ وَالدَوام حَفيد

Glory gestured to you with sublime elevation

With lasting legacy - grandson and great grandson unfaded

وَدارَت جُيوش النَصر حَول مَضارب

بِها طوسنٌ بِالأَمر مِنك عَميد

Armies of victory revolved around your tents

Commanded by you, leader with wisdom cemented

وَنال بِتقبيل النعال سيادة

قَريب تَولَّى لثمها وَبَعيد

Kissing your shoes brought supreme authority

Both near and far humbly submitted

وَفاض عَلى برّ الرجا من مَكارم

سَعيديةٍ بحرٌ بِمَصر مَديد

Your generosity poured goodness to the hopeful

An endless sea of bounty in Egypt presented

وَسرَّ بني الأَوطان رؤيتُك الَّتي

بِها كُلَّ وَقت للبرية عيد

All nations rejoiced seeing you, sight persistently

Bringing the desert joy in every moment cemented

فَعش خالِداً في الملك ما بَثّ مخلص

لعلياك شكراً لا يَزال يَزيد

Live forever immortal in this kingdom you saved

With thanks growing still for your selfless role patented

وَما قال مَجدي في التَهاني مُؤرِّخاً

بِأَخلاقك العيد الكَبير سَعيد
