طَوالع سعدٍ في بروج أَهلَّةِ

وَتلك بروج حولَها الأَسد حلَّتِ

The stars of Saad rise in the mansions of Ahla,

And around it revolves the constellation of Leo.

بروج بَناها الداوريّ فَأَصبَحت

تُباهي البَها بَينَ الحُصون السَعيدة

Mansions built by Al-Dawri, so they became

The pride of splendor among the happy castles.

فَيا حَبَّذا تِلكَ المَباني لَقَد سَمَت

بِصَدر صُدور مِن أجلّ عَشيرة

How excellent are those buildings! They have reached

The chests of the best clan.

هَمام حَليف العَدل وَالبر وَالوَفا

مَليك أَثيل المَجد ماضي العَزيمة

Protector of justice, kindness and loyalty,

Owner of endless glory and determined will.

فَلا زالَ هذا الداوريّ مؤيداً

بِنصر وَتَوفيق وَأَرفَع دَولة

So this Al-Dawri remains supported

With victory, success and the highest state.

وَلا زالَ يَعلو في البَرايا بِهمة

وَحَزم وَآراء حسان سَديدة

And he continues to rise above the lands with ambition,

Wisdom and good judgment.

وَلا اِنفكَ ثَغر الملك يبدي مؤرّخاً

سَعيد بنى للجيش أَأمنَ قَلعة

The annals of the kingdom do not cease to show

Saad who built a fortress, safe for the army.
