For you, O Crown Prince, in the cradle of glory
The rule of Rome I bestow as your gift
So accept it with a heart filled
With grace, faith, and helping justice
And always wear the ornaments of glory
In the shadow of your paternal Khedive to be followed
The success of his state in whose rule
Among nations he has become a just king
So the tongue of the state's condition said to its historian
The insignia of Abbas, the harbinger of purity
