هذه مصر أشرقت بإيابِ

لمليك الورى رفيع الجنابِ

This is Egypt, shining with the return

Of the king of the world, noble of manner

وَإِلَيها اِمتِيازُها عاد لما

جاءَها بامتيازها في كِتاب

And to it its privilege has returned because

He brought it its privilege in decree
