حُبُّ عليٍّ لي أَمَل

وَمَلجَأي عِندَ الوَجَل

My hope is in the love of Ali

And my refuge in times of distress

اِن لَم يَكُن لي مِن عَمَل

فَحُبُّهُ خَيرُ العَمَل

If I have no other deed

Then his love is the best deed
