شَتَمتُ مَن تَيَّمَني مُغالِطاً

لِأصرفَ العاذِلَ عَن لجاجَتِه

I rebuked the one who reproached me fallaciously

To divert the blamer from his obstinacy

فَقالَ لَمّا وَقَعَ البزّار في الث

ثَوبِ علمنا اِنَّه مِن حاجَتِه

So when the draper fell into the dirt

We knew it was due to his need
