ما أَجهَلَ مَن بِظِلِّها قَد لاذا
لا يُنفِذُ عَزمَ تَركِها إِنفاذا
How ignorant is he who takes refuge in it
Yet cannot resolve himself to leave it behind
مِن بَعدِ مَقاماتيَ في صحبتها
قالَت وَقَد اِعتَرضتُها من هَذا
After all my time spent in its company
It said, as I had accused it of this:
