1. أَلا قِفْ لَدى هَذا الضَّريحِ وَخُصَّهُ

    بِما فيهِ للأَرواحِ مَحوُ اِنقِباضِها

    Stop by this tomb and give it

    What souls need to ease their tension

  2. فَفيهِ شَهيدٌ قَد دَعَتْه مِنَ الرِّضا

    جِنانٌ غَدت تَجلو الصَّدا بِغياضِها

    For it holds a martyr called by gardens

    Of bliss, which now shine in their bloom

  3. وَمُذْ حَلَّ فيها شَمَّمته كَرامَةً

    عَبيراً وَأَرَّخ فايِحاً مِن رِياضِها

    Since he came, they have honored him

    With their perfumes and splendid arrays
