حَسْبُ المَعالي أَنّها يَبدو لَها

فيكَ الفَخارُ وَفيكَ أَن تَتَشرّفا

The glories' due is that in you appear

The pride and honor to be preferred;

إِنّ المَفاخِرَ تَصطَفيكَ لِنَفسِها

وَأَخو المَعالي لِلمَفاخِرِ مُصطفَى

The boasts do choose you for themselves,

As brother of the glories, the preferred.
