لَم يَخلُ قَومٌ مِن وَجيهٍ لَهُ

يَدٌ عَلَيهِم وَهوَ عَين تعدْ

No nation lacks a paragon

With power over them, yet he counts

صادَقَ قَولي الحِبِّ في قَولِهِ

إِنِّي لأهلِ الحُسنِ عَينٌ وَيَد
