يا هايِمين بِالغَرام هيموا بحبّ اللَّهْ

وَنَزِّهوهُ عَنِ الأَشكال وَالأَشباهْ

O you consumed with passion, be consumed with the love of God

And exalt Him above forms and likenesses

هُمّوا لِشَرحِ الصّدور قوموا بِذكرِ اللَّه

هَل تَطمَئن القلوب إِلّا بِذكر اللَّهْ

Strive to expand breasts, rise with remembrance of God

Can hearts be at peace except by the remembrance of God?
