Night visited me, its stars were veiled
And it draped itself in its dark garb
So I missed the radiant visage of the brilliant dawn
That fills the horizons with light
It rained golden coins on me, scattered
From its hand, the best scattered riches
In the sky, the stars blossomed into flowers
Swaying joyfully in their dance
Those golden coins, no doubt or question
Are the eyes of the stars, named and defined
Surely the sky is a mirror in which are reflected
Those stars, exemplars of golden coins
