And I marvel that the keen swords and spears
And of my wonders is that swords and spears
rage when they come into the men's hands;
Rage in the hands of men when they become
because they drink so much of the enemies' blood,
Abundant with drinking blood of enemies-
they menstruate in the men's hands, though they are male.
They menstruate in the hands of men though males.
And stranger than this is that, in their palms,
More wondrous than this is that in their palms,
even if the men's hearts soften with compassion, they act unjustly.
Though the hearts of men may show mercy, they rule rough,
And nothing quenches their rage, for they
And nothing can quench their wrath, for they
blaze with fire, while the palms are seas.
Kindle fire while the palms are oceans.
