How lovely Acre is as a town!
How beautiful is Acre, the land
It is a lofty garden of beauty,
It is a high garden of beauty
Through Sulayman, when he settled there.
When Solomon stayed in it
It is flourishing; it is radiant.
It became populated and blooming
He has built there a spring that flows;
He built a spring that flows in it
So life within it is serene.
So living in it is pure
And everyone there—record the date—is lively;
And everything in it became lively
Rather, within it is a flowing spring.
Indeed, a flowing spring is in it
