وما كل شطٍ مثل شط مُقيبعٍ
وساكنه والقصر ذي الشرفات
Not every shore is like the shore of Muqaibah
And its dweller and the palace with balconies
وإن أناساً طاولوا ابن معيبدٍ
ليطوون احشاءً على الزفرات
And though some attacked the son of Ma'ybud
To fold intestines over screams
وإن الذي قد شاهدوا من سعوده
لَمُحْتَقرٌ في جنب ما هو آت
And though what they witnessed of his glory
Is belittled next to what is to come
يُوَقى بستر الله من كلّ نكبةٍ
فلا زال في ستر من النكبات
The bed of God is protected from every calamity
So it remains protected from calamities
