A white one, swimming in a green abyss,

Light is her enemy—rather, the darknesses are her opposites.

She has a face of light, all speckled with dots,

And a brow-blaze that, to those who behold her, is all mouth.

Around her are solitary ones, apart from their gathering,

As though they were daughters, and she their mother.

When they surround her from every side,

She yearns for them with a breast that is all nipples.
