1. بَسَمَت للزهر النضير ثُغورُ

    حينما بالصباح جآءَ بَشيرُ

    The tender flowers smiled

    When the morning brought good news

  2. وَالغصونُ اللِدان ترقُص والأَو

    راق قد صفَّقت وغَنَّت طيورُ

    And the supple branches danced while the aura

    Of meadows clapped and birds sang

  3. وَجرى المآءُ نافراً مثلما ين

    فرُ من صيدِهِ الغَزال النَفورُ

    The water flowed rapidly like

    A gazelle fleeing in fear

  4. فَتَلاهُ النَسيم يَجري وَراهُ

    وهو منهُ بروضهِ يَستَجيرُ

    The morning breeze followed it

    Seeking refuge in its meadows

  5. وَتلالا الصباحُ مبتسماً يَس

    طُو على الليل من سَناهُ النورُ

    And the morning hills smiled

    Spreading its light over the night's slumber

  6. فَرأَينا الندى على الرَوض بَلُّو

    راً وَلِلَّه ذلك البَلُّورُ

    We saw the dew like pearls

    On the meadow, such is its pearls

  7. يَتَجلىَّ على زُمرُّد اورا

    قٍ كما صُفَّ لؤلؤٌ مَنثورُ

    Appearing on emerald hills

    Like scattered luminous pearls

  8. وَتبدى الشَقيقُ يحكي لسان ال

    نار حيثُ التقى النَدى وَالسَعيرُ

    The anemone told of tongues of fire

    Where dew and flame had met

  9. وَحكى نَرجِسُ الرياض عيوناً

    فَتَحتَها الغيدُ الحِسانُ الحُورُ

    The narcissus of gardens told of eyes

    That beautiful houris had opened

  10. حبَّذا مَجلِسٌ هُنالِكَ فيهِ

    كُلُّ ما تَتَجلي لديهِ الصُدورُ

    Blessed a gathering there

    Where hearts are revealed

  11. حيثُ مآءٌ وَخضرةٌ واذا كا

    ن لدينا الحَبيبُ تَمَّ السرورُ

    Where there is water and greenery and if

    We have the beloved, joy is complete
