He pretended boredom to punish me
With his indifference or kindness seldomly
And turned away his eyes to break my heart
His eyes alone were lethal enough already
May God be pleased with him and his glances
However he wished, though it made me weep bitterly
Oh Lord, how beautiful his eyes are
If only God would make him reconcile with me
