O you who speak the tongue of ḍād, this
O speakers of the emphatic dhad, this is
Is a spring that has grown clear for the people of ḍād.
A spring that has cleared for the people of the dhad.
This is a book: words have become neighbors
Were once like opposites.
Within it, though once they were like opposites.
Bonds of meaning have united them,
They were united by bonds of meaning
Hidden for ages from critics.
That had lain hidden from critics for ages.
Coldness was treated, so it turned to affection,
Estrangement was healed and turned to harmony
And passion obeyed a will and guide.
And love, at the bidding of a blazing mind.
