وعسى الذي أهدى ليوسف أهله

وأعزه في السجن وهو غريبُ

May He who guided Joseph's kin to him

And granted him might while a stranger confined

أن يستجيب لنا فيجمع شملنا

فالله رب العالمين قريبُ

Respond to our hopes and our scattered clan bind

For God, Lord of all things, is near, and is kind
