When the penitent called the drink wholesome, pour out for me

The overflowing cup, for thirst has been prolonged

From the wine I had yesterday in its sweetness

Before the monk returns and it becomes forbidden

From the hand of one whose cheek vies

With the coffee in it bubbles like flecks

The ruby took off a garment above it

And clothed it and adorned it with the skin of serpents
