يامَن يَخافُ أَن يَكون

ما يَكون سَرمَدا

O you who fear that whatever comes to be

may last forever—

أَما سَمعتَ قَولَهُم

إِن مَعَ اليَوم غَدا

have you not heard their saying:

“Surely, with today comes tomorrow”?
