ما عَلى الواشينَ مِن حَرَجٍ
مِثلُ ما بي لَيسَ يَنكَتِمُ
No blame is there on the lovers
If my love for them is not concealed
زَعَموا أَنّي أحِبُّكُمُ
وَغَرامي فَوقَ ما زَعَموا
They claimed I was in love with them
But my passion exceeded their claim
