Her passion stirred her, sharpening her intellect

Her glory had filled her sturdy body

    His longing kept driving her

Until she cast off from the beloved their supplies

What is with this she-camel and her passion?

Had he been fair or elegized her

He wanted her to drink the water of Hajir

Does he show her seeking her perfection?

She has a pact with hearts

    For she knew her mind

She used to greet the morning breeze

The driver rushed her to attain it

How she asks lightning about Suiqa

Yet it does not answer her question

Fearing for her hearts if she knew

That the valleys had trodden her ruins

    Pastures she grazed protected

So her pursuer did not see her falter

Wherever she stretched her foreleg in the sand

And rose from the place of her kneeling

And set out playing as if

She reckoned him too foolish for her company

She denied her soft steps from the beloved

And obtained from determination her shadows

The desert stretched before her steps

As if she disliked her fading

So justify her with the talk of Hajir

And let the desert do as it pleases
