صَبراً على نُوَبِ الزَّما

نِ وان أَبى القلبُ الجَرِيحْ

Patience with the vicissitudes of time,

Even if the wounded heart refuses,

فلكلِّ شىء آخرٌ

اما جميلٌ أَو قَبِيحْ

For everything has an end -

Either beautiful or ugly.
