    Our neighbor, troubles befall us

And some of the secure are struck

Our neighbor, I am not yesterday's evening

But one who stays as long as the wind blows

If you ask me, have I been patient? Then I

Am patient with the adversity of time, a cross

There flowed from the bowels of obstinate denial

Gazelles and birds with separation cry

I looked but did not notice, and it departed so it made clear

To it the birds before me and the mindful is mindful

So it said forbidden for us to see after this

Both together unless an exile returns

Our neighbor, patience, so oh Lord of destruction

Hearts break from anguish over it
