يَقولونَ حُِجَّ البَيتَ وَإِجتَنِبِ الصِبا
وَصَلِّ الضُحى وَإِلبَس طِوالَ القَلانِسِ
They say perform the pilgrimage and abstain from youth
And pray at dawn and don long turbans
وَكَيفَ يَحُجُّ البَيتَ مَن في فُؤادِهِ
لِحُبِّ الغَواني البيضِ أَكبَرَ هاجِسِ
But how can one whose heart is possessed
By fair maidens perform the hajj pilgrimage
أُحِبُّ الغَواني الفارِكاتِ بُعولَها
وَإِن كُنَّ لا يَمنَعنَ راحَةَ لامِسِ
I love maidens who abandon their husbands
Even if they grant no rest to one who touches
