I have established in love two witnesses:

The sickness of my body and the tears of my eyes.

And here I am swearing an oath,

By a rose above two cheeks.

Jasmine has surrounded it, being warmed

By the softness of a cheek near two lips.

Your affection is in the core of my heart,

The circumstances of life haven’t changed it.

So is there for the judge of love a judgment,

That rules what is between you and I?
