يا ناصِرَ الإسلامِ يا ملِكَ الهُدَى

لازِلْتَ منْصورَ اللِواءِ مؤيَّدا

O supporter of Islam, O king of guidance

You have always been victorious, aided

فُقتَ المُلوكَ الأكْرَمينَ مآثِراً

فبَلغتَ في شأوِ العُلَى أقصى المَدى

You have surpassed the most generous kings in feats

Thus reaching the farthest extent in glory

فلأنتَ أسْماهُمْ وأسْناهُم إذا

طالُوا وأنْجَزُ في المَكارِمِ موْعِدا

For you are their most renowned and most eminent when

They are lofty, and most faithful in fulfilling promises

وأجَلُّهُمْ قَدْراً وأشرَفُهُمْ حُلاً

وأعمُّهُمْ رِفْداً وأنْداهُمْ يَدا

And greatest in worth, most noble in state

Most abundant in wealth, and most generous in hand

إنّ السّحابَ وإن تتابَعَ جَوْدُها

لمْ تتّخِذ إلا نوالَكَ موْرِدا

Verily, however abundant the clouds' generosity

They have taken only your gift as their course

أوَ ليْسَ جودُك فوقَ عبدِكَ إذْ هَمَى

أضْحى لأثْوابِ القَبولِ مُجَدّدا

Does not your munificence, when your servant aspires,

Become anew a robe of acceptance?

أوْلَيتني ما لا أقومُ بشُكْرِهِ

منْ أنعُمٍ جلّتْ فأرْغَمَتِ العِدَى

You have given me that for which I cannot give sufficient thanks

Of blessings that abounded and humbled hostility

وثنَيْتَ بي وجْهَ القَبول تكرُّماً

فطَفِقتُ أهْديكَ الثّناءَ مُرَدّدا

You have kindly turned to me the face of acceptance

So I have taken to praising you repeatedly

ورأيْتُ عبْدَكَ مُخْلِصاً فحَسِبْتُهُ

فالاً لأوصافِ الخُلوصِ مُؤَكِّدا

And I saw your true servant, so I deemed him

A representative of loyal traits, emphasizing them

شرّفتَني ورفعْتَ ذِكْري مُنْعِماً

لا زِلْتَ يا شرَفَ المُلوكِ مُخلّدا

You have ennobled me and raised my name, bestowing favor

O glory of kings, may you remain eternal
