1. للهِ منّي ثوبٌ عجيبٌ

    أبْدَى الجمالَ وأبْدَعَهْ

    A wondrous garment I am for God

    Revealing and perfecting beauty

  2. حلَلْتُ فوقَ الرّؤوسِ أفْقاً

    قدْ أخذَ البَدْرُ مَطْلِعَهْ

    I hover above heads as a horizon

    Where the full moon takes its rising

  3. أحُفُّ بالوجْهِ منهُ حتّى

    تحْسِبُني هالةً معَهْ

    My face veils it as if I'm its halo

    You'd think me its radiance accompanying

  4. إن كنتُ أُفْقاً فالتِّبْرُ منّي

    كمْ بارِقٍ فيهِ أطْلَعَهْ

    If I'm the horizon, lightning in me

    Flashes with many brilliant risings

  5. فالزُّهْرَ أشبهْتُها اجْتِلاءً

    والزَّهْرَ أحْكي تضوُّعَهْ

    I've made the flowers my image in bloom

    And told of the flowers' burgeoning

  6. يوسُفٌ النّاصِرُ المرَجّى

    شرّفَ قدْري ورفَّعَهْ

    Joseph the victorious, hoped for

    Has honored and raised my esteem

  7. أُبْدي جَمالاً لدى إمامٍ

    والَى الجَميلَ وأتْبَعَهْ

    I reveal beauty before an Imam

    And inspire the beautiful, pursuing it

  8. فدامَ والدّينُ ذو انتِظارٍ

    بهِ ولا زالَ في دعَهْ

    May he who awaits the religion endure

    With him, never ceasing to call
