Since he turned away has been my guarantee
And my heart is sick remembering him
I pine, how could a lover not
His sleep is scattered by overflowing tears
My conscience is the pasture of sorrows
And my eye turns from any abode resentfully
Yearning's embers amongst my heart
And between my ribs a blazing coal
