المولودُ في جَوفِها

تَحسَبُها زَلزَله

she takes it for an earthquake—

فماتَ سقطاً ليتَ لودقَها

في واستَغنى عن العُنْبُله

died, miscarried. If only he had pounded her

in—and dispensed with that outsized member.

فما جزاءُ العلجِ منها فَقُلْ

موفّقاً في هذِهِ المسأله
